At Green Plant Shop, we are committed to delivering your plants and products safely and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery areas, timeframes, charges, and procedures to ensure you have a clear understanding of what to expect when you order from us.
1. Delivery Coverage Areas
We deliver to all major cities and regions across the UAE, including:
• Abu Dhabi
• Dubai
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Fujairah
• Umm Al Quwain
• Al Ain
• Hatta
• Khorfakkan
• Dibba
• Al Dhaid
2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1 Standard Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the date your order is placed and confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE and product availability. We will notify you via email once your order has been dispatched.
2.2 Express Same-Day Delivery
For customers who need their plants urgently, we offer express same-day delivery for an additional fee of AED 32. Same-day delivery is subject to:
• Order placement before 12:00 PM (noon) UAE time
• Product availability
• Delivery location within express delivery zones

3. Delivery Charges
Our delivery fees are based on your location and order value:
3.1 Dubai Delivery Charges
• Orders below AED 100: AED 15 delivery fee
• Orders of AED 100 and above: FREE DELIVERY
3.2 Abu Dhabi Delivery Charges
• Orders below AED 200: AED 15 delivery fee
• Orders of AED 200 and above: FREE DELIVERY
3.3 Other Emirates
Delivery charges for Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, and other areas may vary. The exact delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
3.4 Express Delivery Fee
Same-day express delivery incurs an additional charge of AED 32, regardless of order value or location (where available).
4. Scheduled Delivery
We offer the option to schedule your delivery for a specific date and time that’s convenient for you. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery window, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that scheduled delivery is subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods or public holidays.
5. Weekend and Holiday Delivery
Yes, we deliver seven days a week, including Fridays and Saturdays. Delivery on public holidays may be available but is subject to confirmation. If you require delivery on a public holiday, please contact our customer service team in advance to check availability.
6. Order Processing and Dispatch
Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, we immediately begin processing it. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) and estimated delivery date. Our delivery team may also contact you directly to confirm the delivery time.
7. Delivery Procedure
Our delivery process is designed to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition:
• All plants are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
• Our delivery team will contact you before delivery (when possible)
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• Inspect your plants upon delivery and report any issues immediately
• Sign for delivery to confirm receipt in good condition
8. Delivery Inspection
We strongly encourage you to inspect your order at the time of delivery. Check all plants for damage, and ensure you have received the correct items. If your plant arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with its condition, you have the right to refuse or return the order at the time of delivery at no additional cost. Once you accept the delivery, any returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours and will be subject to our return policy fees.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If our delivery team is unable to deliver your order due to absence, incorrect address, or inaccessibility, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. A second delivery attempt may incur additional charges. If we are unable to complete delivery after reasonable attempts, your order may be returned to our facility, and return shipping costs may apply if you wish to have it re-delivered.
10. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email (where available). You can also track your order status by logging into your account on greenplantshop.ae or by contacting our customer service team.
11. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public holidays, or high order volumes. We will notify you promptly if any delays are expected and work to deliver your order as soon as possible. Green Plant Shop is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you have questions about future international delivery options, please contact our customer service team.
13. Corporate and Bulk Orders
For corporate or bulk orders, customized delivery arrangements can be made. We can coordinate specific delivery times, provide installation services, and handle large-volume shipments to offices, hotels, events, and commercial properties. 14. Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a plant:
• You may refuse delivery if the plant arrives damaged or unsatisfactory (no additional fees)
• After accepting delivery, returns must be requested within 24 hours
• Pickup fees apply for post-delivery returns based on location:
– Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman: AED 20
– Abu Dhabi: AED 30
– Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: AED 23
– Hatta, Dibba, Fujairah, Khorfakkan, and Al Ain: AED 45
15. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at reach@greenplantshop.ae or +971 52 638 7295. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
