Our Plant Promise
We’re passionate about plants, and we want you to love them too! We strive to deliver plants that match the images on our website, but as with all living things, some natural variation is unavoidable. We work with top suppliers to minimise this variation. Return and Refund Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return or reject it at the time of delivery. Please ensure that the returned plants and accessories are in their original packaging. If the plant has been repotted or the original packaging is missing, we regret that a refund will not be possible.
Refund Process
The amount for the returned product/order will be refunded within 10 working days.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind within 24 hours of receiving your order, you can return it. However, a pickup fee will apply:-
– Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman: AED 15
– Abu Dhabi: AED 25
– Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain: AED 25
– Hatta, Dibba, Fujairah, Khorfakkan, and Al Ain: AED 40
Exceptions
Please note that returns and refunds are not applicable for custom-manufactured GRP pots, as stated on each product page.
Time-Sensitive Returns
If you accept your order, any request for exchange or return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, we cannot offer refunds.

Limitations of Liability
We cannot accept responsibility for issues beyond our control, such as airborne pests and diseases, beyond 7 days of delivery.
